Namely, I can't see map markers and lighting markers (even if I select them in the area) at least those are the ones I've noticed I lack visual perception of, anything else I've just never wanted/tried messing with because I've been too focused on not being able to see markers for lighting and what not. As one might imagine, this has been an aggrivating expierence.

Whats GTFOB.esl?
DeathknightDNOfficial replied to DeathknightDNOfficial's topic in Fallout 4's Discussion
I figred that out, sorry, it was from the Galac-Tac Retribution mod Edit: to be exact, its a file from another author made to make other authors jobs making mods easier, used in Galac-Tac: Retribution. -
I don't know what installed it, and I didn't download anything from the author. I have learned it was probably part of one of the recent mods to make the creation easier, by doing something known as reading the description.

Goggle "It is... Acceptable" meme first off, I assumed I was being funny. This version is perfectly fine, although a pristine version would be nice, I don't think it'd fit in the world, though you can do that if you feel like it for whatever reason. I just got to figure out how I can apply it in game but, beyond my sheer anger at figuring out how to do that kind of stuff, which is entirely just my lack of management for my anger, this is quite fine, quite fine indeed : ) Now what you CAN do for me, IF you don't mind is 1. tell me how to replace textures ;-; 2. Invent a pill that's gives you the energy of 5 cups of coffee, and acts like a double dose of painkillers. First one was serious, second ones a wishful dream.

Just asking for a minuteman flag retexture of the Massachusetts state flag BUT - replace the native american guy with the minuteman gun and lightning bolt part of the insignia, and for a bit of flare, the three stars outside the shield since the majority of the flag is white, as opposed to being right in the shield with the gun and bolt as would be standard.

Does anyone know what it was called, or where its gone. I can't find it anywhere, and I don't remember its name. Literally just adds fallout 3/NV styled generators to the workshop? Edit: anyone whos looking for the mod as well, its called Workshop Power Pack.

I just kinda wanna see someone make a building kit with buildings similar to the outer worlds, specifically the ones that even have an loading screen in the form of an advertisement. Those prefab homes look like, with some touch ups, play down the sci-fi and pristine(ish) looks I mean. For the obvious edits, remove those higher tech doors, or make it a variant that uses doors/a door etc, from the higher-tech buildings if you want that, and OBVIOUSLY who the hells gonna put fake windows on their house in the commonwealth? People with too much time on their hands, but most wouldn't. Decreases the rounded it feels like alot of buildings could help, but then again, you could probably keep it. As for other details to edit, maybe decrease the amount of bright colors or make variations of color more... Varied. Add a layer of rust to the outside at least, decrease how untouched the insides look, and make them look a little more hand made, and theres plenty more edits possible to make it look as fallout as possible without removing the entire aesthetic. They'd be make some good houses for the fallout universe. Like someone took many, mind numbing hours, to forge pieces of scrap into one nice, and structurally sound house, fit for a wastelander. Am I wrong? For examples look towards the majority of builds in Edgewater, and even on Monarch, and in the Emerald Vale. Honestly just about anywhere with buildings that isn't Groundbreaker or Byzantium is an example of what I'm talking about. Take those worker houses, make them less advanced, make them look like they're made of scrap, boom. Obviously avoid making them look too much like they belong in fallout, or you're probably just making a generic scrap hut.

Well I couldn't figure how to do what you suggested, but I found a work around with just converting the desired mods into temporary masters (i mean the kind where its actually an esp/esl despite being marked as a master) then just replacing them with copies of their original selves. But now I have a new question if you don't mind / can help me here. I want this one NPC to use armor from one of the mods (though I have this issue with vanilla armors as well) but when applying modifications they don't show up..... How do I make this work? Now because I'm a complete idiot, I have to explain with text. I have a keyword to make the armor heavy, and one to give it a paintjob. They're wearing the armor but its just the standard version. How in the name of every deity that has ever been thought up by man, do I get this to work? Its classic combat armor mod, and the paint is minutemen if you need that information to help me. If you're unable to help that's fine I just wanted to check.
