While I am not opposed to some of these types of programs I despise this one because of their dishonest approach. At least wemod tells you you gotta have a program installed that's gonna f*#@ you with ads and crap as a free user. These guys don't even have the decency to be honest about it and they don't care. Even if the exe is clean now (not tested it but assume it is) how can we be sure it will stay that way after the author has clearly shown they are willing to be dishonest? Why wouldn't they wait till all the users have already downloaded their garbage before sending an update bundled with malware? That is the best way to hit multiple people and even if/when the sites remove the files there will still be people with it on their computers because of the site. Make no mistake this is not due to a lack of English. I messaged them on fearless to let them know how dishonest they seemed and how to fix it but they laughed it off. They said that because they pay a fee there it is fine if they screw us over. They also said we should be thanking them for "helping with our leeching". The mods on Fearless didn't care when I told them either because he paid them (be wary of that site now). So tell me honestly, do you trust them now??? As a side note they already have a rule in place that the mod engine clearly breaks. Files must be presented in good faith and in a functional state with respect to any caveats or requirements that you must detail and present to the user. Files that require registration or submission of user information in order to function, may only do so to facilitate the functions associated with the mod and must be clearly presented as such to the user. Files (especially executables) that connect to the internet to download or send information and/or files are prohibited unless where it is crucial for the functioning of the mod/utility. Please note that "auto update" functionality does not qualify as crucial and that we reserve the right to moderate and/or remove any files/tools/utilities/mods that communicate with the internet. If your tool's/app's functionality depends on the ability to send and receive information/files, please contact staff or send an email to [email protected] laying out your reasoning and providing the source code for your tool/app. Having a table that only has 2 options when multiple are shown is not a functional state and the requirement to download the exe for the cheats to function is not made obvious to the user beforehand. Besides it says "you may only attach it to an exe if it is needed to function and updates don't count". this clearly violates that too

That is not possible because item stats are all server sided and Bethesda will not allow you. The only real things you can mod/change are the way something looks/sounds such as ui changes, item colors, and muting annoyances. However, there is currently a way to mod excavator armor but it may be a bug and it may require you to purchase an item for the atom shop
