Am I the only one who can not get the arc rifle to work. I thought it was a sniper version of disabling shot. But it does not see to work that way at all. I don't even think it works as a half-assed lighting gun. Has anyone ever had an y luck with it? If so, How? Do I have to play around the mod to fix something? Or is is permanently broke?
