I noticed it the BSL file might be used and necessary for certain mods to run properly. I got an armor mod with BSL file while if I ignore the BSL file the texture will missing in-game showing the armors all purple. So I suspect the BSL has certain use in properly attaching the textures.

This is an old bug which never been solved by any. I am having the same problem now until too late to realise. I would say the WIAssault02 quest given by Lisette is extremely buggy and permanently stuck. I had this quest previous from others but they worked in many ways. I am wondering around to see if anyone has the solution yet but the reality might suggest get rid of Lisette beforehand is one necessary do when starting a new game.

Thanks for your fix. But your file is no longer available? I do not know why that it seems this fix was not appreciated while still no fix on the internet. Would you please work out the fix again, possibly without requiring a previous save? Thought it is an old topic but I just had it recently. Wish can figure out. Best,
