  1. So, I have just completed the Psi Labs training for 3 guys: Annete and 2 other of her friends you resuce from a mission. However, once the thing is complete, I press the View Results button, game zooms into the Psi Labs (I presume), screen goes black and stays on infinite loading proccess. From the logs file, this keeps getting spammed over and over: [0193.53] ScriptWarning: Accessed None 'PsiCinematicSoldier' XGFacility_PsiLabs Command1.TheWorld:PersistentLevel.XGFacility_PsiLabs_0 State XComStrategyGame.XGFacility_PsiLabs:WaitingToStartPsiCinematic:010D Any ideas whats happening here?
  2. Where are the Sounds of Skyrim mods? They just disappeared.
  3. So, right. I recently decided to start playing Skyrim again, bla bla bla (the usual story here). Now, when I tried to play even vanilla (no mods), the shadows/lighting was all screwed up in my game. This was not the case back in November (when the game was released) when I last time I played this. Bear in mind, my computer back then (and still does/is) was fairly old and had a constant FPS between 20-25. Anyway, here are some screenshots to show what I mean in bad shadows/lighting http://i.imgur.com/bpowq.png http://i.imgur.com/9dqio.jpg http://i.imgur.com/phcro.png http://i.imgur.com/GWQXm.png http://i.imgur.com/FdAf8.jpg As you can see, when looking at it on certain angles, you can see the outlines or whatnot for the shadows/lighting. And this problem is not only inside Helgens Keep, it's practically everywhere. Even outside, during the cart ride to Helgens or running inside the keep from the dragon at the start, the shadows are flickering all over he place. So, does anybody have any recommendations what to do? If turning shadows off in the .ini file is the only way, then so be it, but I would really like to know some alternatives. My specs: AMD Athlon II X2 2,6 GHZ 4 GB DDR2 RAM ATI HD Radeon 3450 GPU edit: whoops, posted in the wrong forum
  4. So, here I am, trying to play Skyrim again with mods and wanting to use some mods. However, there seems to be that Skyrim at it's stage does not want to work with multiple player homes. Is there any truth to that? Or what is going on? For example, using "Levelers Tower", "The Asteria" and "Deus Mons" won't allow me to start a new game. Can anyone comment on this issue/problem? I could personally just use 1 player home, but there's so many to choose from and I sometimes like to have a couple of them running at the same time.
  5. What program are you using to download? I recommend using a 3rd party downloader (Like IDM, Internet Download Manager), since they will reduce the changes of a corrupted archive.
  6. Sorry, what? Did you even look at the site? They clearly told over there that V1 was running 24/7 for 1 year straight. They even ran the system under stress for 2 to 1 week at least. And that was without fans. And the fans they did use at later stages are quiet, since I am using them myself as well. I don't know why the went with that amount of fans, but a proper mineral cooling system only needs very few of those for outside cooling for the oil itself.
  7. Great, more DRM. I hate all forms of DRM and I mean all forms. I spit on the gaming industry for how low they have went with their standards.
  8. No one can say for certain what you need to play BF3 even on lowest, but don't bother getting a laptop for gaming. For the same amount of money as that laptop, you will have a 2x better desktop computer that you don't need to upgrade it for 2 years at least.
  9. @cavveman, what GPU did you have before it broke down? What online shops you have so I can look what are the best ones for offer over there?
  10. Depends on your needs. Do you want a big ass monitor or a small one? Do you want widescreen? It all is up to your needs and preferences. Have a look around some shops for different monitors, look what they offer and if needed, look up what each detail does/mean. Definitely go for LCD monitors, due to being better in your eyes and having somewhat higher lifespan.
  11. It depends on what CPUs we are talking about. You just can't say that a 2,5 GHZ dual core is better then 1,8 GHZ quad core. If xXlakratoXx would enlighten on what CPUs hes talking about, I can tell which one is better.
  12. Nop, you can animate stuff as well. I will try and see if I can find that video link again. It's one from Notches explanations on why this engine is a scam.
  13. Then its a heating issue. Due to not applying thermal paste, your CPU gets too hot and thus it restart automatically. Its a BIOS feature. So, apply that thermal paste imminently if you don't want to get a new CPU.
