  1. May be a little late, but just a small tip. Don't cheap out on the ram, minimum should be 16 gigs, 8 is fine, but 16+ won't cause you any headaches and you'll basically be able to run whatever as long as you have the right cpu and gpu to go with it. I personally use two Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 gb sticks. But use whatever is compatible with your motherboard. And at the end of the day, it all comes down to budget and personal preference. Also, use windows, I would not recommend Linux as an OS to play heavily modded games made by bethesda. Save yourself the pain, brother.
  2. You have a good point. Those Nords couldn't care less, they seem like the type to be free birds. Especially the Nords from Solstheim.
  3. I'm currently working on a project for Morrowind which is far from finished, but if I had to say, it's 1/4th complete. The project in itself is an interior cell mainly composed of various handmade hallways. What I mean by handmade is that each hallway is made of multiple different objects snapped together. These multiple objects are each one small section: two walls, two pre-made room centers (from Asian Resource Pack - Sakura by Redwoodtreesprite) that serve as both roof and floor and two carpets covering the floor. I have around 1500+ objects in this cell. At what point will the construction set die on me or is there an object limit? Or is it just dependent on my pc?
  4. Ok, so I was wondering if anybody knows how to make lighting specific to a certain part of a cell? Like the cell I currently made has one light, it's a dwarven neon light and it´s placed right at the entrance of the cell, but it lights up the rest of the room in the cell, and I want to make certain parts of the cell more darker than others. At the moment I only have a room that extends out from this small hallway with the light and I plan on making more hallways that extend out of the room, I want to make the room less brighter as it's completely bright due to this one light I have placed, I also want to do the same with the hallways as I fear the they too are going to be all lit up from this one light. So I was wondering if anybody could help me with this and figure how I could make certain parts more darker than others and vice versa.
  5. In response to post #68769311. They don't have clothes regardless of the version you choose, I chose the underwear version and the Sixth House Dreamers are still nude (The only difference being that mine still have their underwear on, lol) I don't know about the lone bandits on Solstheim though. I keep starting new save games again and again because of always finding new mods to install.
  6. Alright so I deleted "The living desert" mod for FNV from NMM because I thought I wasn't gonna need it anyway. But when I re-launched FNV everything was normal until the part where it's supposed to load the main menu, when it gets to this part the screen goes black and the pre-order dlc, and the rest of the dlc messages (the ones that you get when you start a new game) begin to pop up and also mods that make use of this message thing like NVB 1, 2, and 3. after this the screen just remains black, using the console command "exit" just repeats the same messages. I uninstalled "The living desert" halfway the playthrough and well that mod does some pretty big changes so I'm sure doing that probably f*#@ed up FNV. What I'm trying to get to is. How do I fix this? (I deleted the save files but that didn't work).
