If YOU had a one off chance to create a faction for fallout 4 what would it be called? would they be a specific race? would they have vehicles? what Armour and weapons would they use?

I myself would like to some old and some new factions in FO4 like NCR.Legion.Enclave and BoS i also think it would be cool if a new faction was formed mainly based on the prewar Military not like the Enclave and also think it would be a good idea to see a ghoul faction in FO4 Thanks to every one who posted :)
