I remember a mod for Oblivion that made the windows transparent, so you could see outside. I don't know if that's possible with Skyrim, but if it is, it would be a really cool.

Is it possible, and if so, relatively easy, to replace the load screens with custom backgrounds? There were a few for New Vegas, but I haven't come across many for FO4, so I don't know if it's just something nobody has bothered doing, or if it's not possible (or incredibly difficult).

It would be really ccool if someone could bring some things from the Witcher over to Fallout. My character has a wild side, and longs for Toussaint wine and fisstech. There are a lot of awesome drink options, like wine from Toussaint, Sodden mead, Mahakam mead, and plenty of others. Chems could be something like fisstech, as well as potions like Swallow, Golden Oriole, and White Honey.
