It's been a long time since I modded Fallout 3. I have already installed FOSE and have used the 3gb patcher, as well as archiveinvalidation, and I am sure my FALLOUT.ini is correct. I am using the alt-tab fix as well. I am not also running Fallout 3 with compatibility mode because it does not launch. I'm also using NMM if that affects anything.
