What happened the the Sassy Teen Dolls Mod?

I have no problems with it and have been using it for quite some time. Some people had an issue with the large number of NPC's affecting things like frame-rate and for some with a ton of mods, DLC's. Before it was yanked there was requests that they remove about 50-100 of them to keep things more stable.
