[ENB and Hialgoboost weird shadow glitches]

look closely at the first image, as the box is not very clear in screenshots, but very noticable in gameplay

I have this problem using any enb and hialgoboost where: shadow flickering and a dark box in the middle of the screen when i move, and weird shadows being cast on peoples faces

any ideas whats causing the problem?

Im using skyrim mod organizer to reinstall all of my mods. I installed both skse and Skyui correctly, and yet skse shows that it works (ive used the command checkskseversion) and i cant access its settings in the game, and cant configure any mods using skse. skyui also shows its installed but its new ui doesnt appear. im not new to modding and i have no idea how to solve this.

yes i am running skyrim using skseloader.

when installing skyui with smo it also said that skse's scrips were missing, even though i installed both of them perfectly and skses scripts were in the right location. im using the latest skse version.

I didnt have this problem with nmm. maybe smo isolating the mod files is causing a problem?

I got an awesome idea

it would be so cool if someone made a save that:

-you start as a beggar, with no money or equipment

-something happens and you join the imperials or the stormcloaks

-you rise from being a normal soldier and you keep going higher as you become a legate and general

-NO CRAFTING, MAGIC OR SHOUTS (well, shouts, probably)

-YOU ARE FORCED TO USE YOUR CURRENT RANK'S ARMOR AND WEAPONS, which get stronger as you raise rank

-The civil war questline should be extended with more ranks and it should be as lenghy as the dovakiin questline with many wars and battles
