It could very well be the graphics drivers. They were up to date on windows 8 but after certain patches it started doing that. Updating to windows 10 has made updating to the latest driver difficult, but the base game without patches works fine.

I get this weird bug every time I start the game. At first, it was after installing updated versions of mods. So after testing mods one by one, I ended up uninstalling all mods and it still persisted. In character creation, I would get various visual affects like random lines or a large black plane separating the screen from my shoulders down that eventually fill the entire house. I've done multiple clean installs, updating patches manually one by one. It worked with no patches at 1366x728, but after patching I'd get the glitch. Not sure what to do at this point.

Gotta have wind spells too. If you can freeze someone you can should be able to lift them in a vortex of wind.

Instead of a separate quest line, this sound like a mod to be integrated into the main line... like using the Blade's to re-establish the dovakiin monarchy. And at least giving us the option to spare Paarthurnax, maybe rebuilding the Dovakiin sanctum to be the new capital, and Blades vs evil dragon army after the fact. I saw a mod for the true dragon king Bahamut. Would be a great way to tie that in.

You gotta admit tho... Sims + Skyrim x MMO funcionality = one hell of a game
