Is there any mod, preferably for Xbox one, that allows you to make a settlement in good neighbor? I have a workshop there, I've spawned settlers there. I haven't tried building a recruitment signal yet...but no matter what I do, I can't assign or delete the settlers I've spawned. I just want to add a few more shops and assign workers to them but it just won't let me. Any suggestions?
