    I think I fixed it, I got fallrim tools save cleaner and cleaned my save, the first time it didn't work but I removed a mod called shindara the fire within, then cleaned my save and it went away. It might come back though.

    This isn't a mod issue but is a vanilla game issue, it exists in skse and oldrim, there is no fix for it. A temporary fix is sleeping or waiting for 5 to 10 hours or toggling ai.

    I'm using vortex not wrye bash. This happens to me after installing the unofficial patch

    I have this bug too, I have been looking for a fix forever and can't find it.

    So add the 0 at the bottom?

    I have this issue too but it's only with hearthfire carpenter benches. I can't craft anything because the animation keeps ending early. I don't have any of the mods about installed though. I'm using fnis, immersive ai, xm32 maximum skeleton, and Nff.
