I remember playing games such as Diablo, where building was so much fun. I did not think it would be as possible to do this in a game like SKYRIM. After my second time through, and after beating Dawnguard DLC, which is AMAZING. I decided to make some builds. The game is built incredibly well for this, the reasons I believe are the perk choices are more abundant then skills. In a nut shell you can NOT have EVERY perk even if you reached MAX level. Furthermore, the items and weapons and their MODIFICATIONS are so incredible, that you could basically make builds around the weapons alone.
