Well, I am going to link you another thread since this seems to be the one with the most info on this problem... Invisible robots bug It is not a single mod doing this but a problem with how the mods interact with game files. Once the creation kit comes out this will probably be resolved.

Here's the thing....it is not one particular mod doing this. I also experimented turning off mods until I could get a robot to spawn correctly and found two mods as the culprit in MY setup: "Wearable Backpacks and Pouches" and "Craftable Custom Combat Armor." Disabling either OR both of these mods solves the problem. Weird right? There is something weird going on with this that is beyond my understanding on how the Mod Manager and the individual mods interact with the game files. If someone smarter than me can chime in here and set us straight I would appreciate it!
