[Corpses disappear too quickly]

So, currently in my play through I'm at Primm, I've killed all the convicts outside, entered Vikki & Vance, and went out only to find that every corpse had disappeared. I first thought that the mods I had installed were the ones doing this, I've tested it playing on a completely vanilla game and the same thing happens.

 

So does anyone have an idea if there's a mod/.ini edit that stops corpses from disappearing too quickly?

I'm basically a beginner, I only started a couple days ago though I've made somewhat little progress making the weapon, I've used this as a guide (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=211267339) helped me a ton until the UV part, I just couldn't wrap my head around it. Out of all the tutorials I found this was the most informative though it still wasn't enough, so can anyone teach me?
