FIXED IT! I'm not sure which one did it for me, but I validated the Fallout 4 game files through Steam and then rebooted my pc, and after that tfc started working normally again.

I'm using Decent ENB with ReShade, but I've been using them since I started the playthrough and only now came across this problem. I checked and I definitely don't have any hotkeys tied to those letters either. Uninstalling the ENB and then trying to go into tfc also caused the same problem, only this time the screen went a solid grey instead of the RGB scheme.

I ran into this problem out of nowhere today. When going into tfc or tfc 1, the screen will freeze and go all weird with a RGB color scheme. When I open the console and go back out of tfc the screen returns to normal again. I've tried everything from disabling mods to starting a new save, but nothing has worked so far. Attached a screenshot if anyone has an idea what's going on. Well this is no Redkit. Damn. I got really excited and then my dreams were crushed when I found out that it's not Redkit. I want to make maps, actual world spaces for the Witcher 3, but I can't with these modding tools. Still cool that CDPR released at least something! Gonna be fiddling around with these tools for now.
