Do a google search for tutorials there are lots of good ones out there. Your really gonna have to familiarize yourself with the kit first.

Looks like ya really did a lot of research there. Cheers! My honest opinion would be to post that in the pertaining forum section over at Guru3d.com. There are some very knowledgeable ppl here but the odds are most who see this thread will be more or less pros on Skyrim not advanced 3d settings. Over at Guru3d there is a bunch of unbelieveable educated ppl in the fine arts of videocard inner workings. If they can't help you or at least explain why this is happening I would be very surprised. Ok first off go into your Nvidia or Radeon (videocard) drivers and make all the 3d settings "use game settings". Usually you will have a little icon in your system tray lower right of desktop. Then run Skyrim and lower the graphic setting to med or low and see if that actually makes a difference. Also need some more info. The specs of your machine. Operating system. Any mods installed?

I found this: Hadvar can get stuck , The Battle for Whiterun, or another late Imperial quest. (He appears whenever the player enters Whiterun but appears not to follow them outside of the city andDragonsreach.) When you talk to him he says various things, such as "Glad you're here." A solution is to save a game while standing right next to him , close the game and then load from that saved game.

Also knock your fps down to 30. It looks fine like that. At work atm tho.

Your problem is probably the respawn time. Most cells respawn in like a month if I remember correctly. You would have to change the reset time on the whole cell. I'm trying to remember any mods where something just respawns like you want so maybe ya can use its script but I can't think of any. EDIT: I just read somewhere that cell reset times can be edited with this mod: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Tes5Mod:SkyEdit Unfortunately I couldn't find any other info. If ya can deal with the whole cell resetting that may be a way to do it unless someone who is a little more knowledgeable should happen to pop in.

I think its a missing texture. I forget, saw a mod that happens to. Try verifying your files thru steam. Its probably the armor she is wearing that is actually bugged.

I'm honestly not sure, try it. Make sure vertical sync is set to off in your display drivers under the 3d options. (Nvidia or Radeon)

Try typing this in the console then talk to the Jarl of Whiterun: SetStage MQ102 100 Then press enter It should start your quest there. Or is someone else frozen?
