So, I downloaded a few mods, and one of them required ApachiiSkyHair, I downloaded it, since earlier I couldn't get mods I manually downloaded to work for Skyrim, I used NMM, but when I tried to activate the mod, it said there was a problem occurring in the activation, I used the 1.6 full file, it won't work, and I am not sure what to do

I have downloaded these mods and cannot find them in the data files in Skyrim: Temptress Race, TDN Equipable horns, and Evil Dragon Wings I have put these mod files in the data section in the Skyrim folder, these don't show up however in the start up, if anyone could please help me,
