I'll look into BOSS, which from what I understand will set the load order for me. It's suppose to be 1-click set up, so I hope it will help solve this issue! As for ugrid, I haven't changed the value, so I should be ok on that front.

So, I would need to uninstall the game, reinstall, and enable mods 1 by 1 to see what is causing the crash, and make a backup of the data folder, after I get to whiterun again? The mods I have installed are pretty popular, I'm surprised it's causing such a big issue!

Hi everyone, I have the following mods enabled (please see attached). When I got to whiterun I started crashing. I enabled the debug log, but the file sizes of the logs were over 400mbs, and I was never able to open them. I've disabled all mods, but I still crash to desktop, without and warning messages (usually after 4-5 minutes of playing). Help would be greatly appreciated.
