for some reason no matter how close i am to a tree they always stay in that low poly, constantly turning to your direction state and its starting to bug me. not only that but i dont see any tall grass anymore. not sure what setting this is and i dont think its any mod since i disabled all mods that effect fps rate and anything tree or grass related. could really use some help trouble shooting this

so i have been struggling to make oblivion not crash every 30 seconds or so, and after reinstalling and installing oblivion a few times with my dlcs, then reinstalling my mods carefully i seemed to have had it working...until i tried to wait. for some reason it wont work for me it just crashes. i tried disabling autosaves but that doesnt help. i can go into new rooms or areas but as soon as i try to make time go by quickly through waiting or resting it crashes. any ideas?
