Questions regarding closing accounts and mod retention.

Is that done in the mod permissions section of each mod or is there another way to universally give someone else access to all mods on your account? -
Hello. There were a few questions I wanted to ask regarding accounts. 1. Is it against the rules to have more than one account? 2. If yes, can you make a new account if the previous one is closed? 3. When an account is closed, do the mods created by it stay up? 4. If yes, can they still be edited by whoever has been given editing privileges on them? 5. Does the name on a closed account change to "DeletedXYZUser" or does it stay as-is?

I prefer the old UI, give us an option in the settings so we can choose if we want the old look vs the new look please. -
So the Nexus staff is going to force users to migrate to the new layout even though a large swath of the community wants to kill it with fire? I don't see why they can't let people use old.nexusmods.com instead of that horrible new shiny thing they call progress... -.-

Please give users the option in their preferences to use the old layout by default; this way here those that like the new layout can use it but those of us that really like the old layout and depend on the look of the old layout can use that one as well. =) If the new layout becomes the norm and the old layout is permanently shelved I can see myself using the nexus less in the future because I think the new layout is bad. =/

I too have been trying to find a workaround but I came up empty for FO3. Geck wiki mentions nothing about it also.

Is this project still active or was it closed down after Nuka World DLC came out? I was hoping to see even a taste of a Nuka-Cola / Sunset Sarsaparilla park for NV or FO3. -

can someone make it so human NPC's can show blood on face like supermutants can. A tutorial to allow blood on skin surfaces will be nice.

I want to make BSA contents override vanilla BSA files, how can I? I create test.bsa and load test.esp at bottom, no files get override in game...? Game is FNV Example: FalloutNV.bsa path: textures/creatures/deathclaw/deathclaw.dds Test.bsa path: textures/creatures/deathclaw/deathclaw.dds Test.bsa texture not load in New Vegas. override not possible? I try adding Test.bsa to .ini SArchive list, no change.

Equipable Lunchboxes for NPC's

Sorry for not be specific, I will like lunchbox to be 'weapon' so NPC can hold in hand while walking or running. It will be weapon to game engine, but do no damage or have attack animation. I can do GECK but I can not model/rig anything so I have ask for request. I understand will look no right but bottlecap mine animation does not make NPC walk normal. Any confusion devin? -

Yeah, a thought, I would like clothing item (like backpack is), which is cosmetic and allows NPC's to carry lunchbox while they walk or a small briefcase. Anyone else like something similar?

I made railyway rifle in megaton house, I shoot the wall, tables, and floor. The spikes have remain in floor forever they do not go away, I try disable but I not able to target with cursor. Is this normal for spike to stay in wall forever?
