Can someone explain to me how does stormcall even work? i increase the number for the shout effect and the spell effect and i doesn't do more damage also do perks stack like augmented flames also when adding perks to a npc do increments matter like do i have to add armsman /00/20/40/60/80/100 or will just a 100 just be needed
