Alright. For starters, I'm running Windows Vista. I'm trying to get some mods and mod addons that are fomod's and require FOMM. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it to no avail. I have Steam and Fallout 3 (GOTY) installed in my C: Drive and I tried getting a .7z version of FOMM to install it there. It still didn't work. I've tried a lot of things and I'm now losing all hope of being able to use FOMM.
