  1. Alright. For starters, I'm running Windows Vista. I'm trying to get some mods and mod addons that are fomod's and require FOMM. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it to no avail. I have Steam and Fallout 3 (GOTY) installed in my C: Drive and I tried getting a .7z version of FOMM to install it there. It still didn't work. I've tried a lot of things and I'm now losing all hope of being able to use FOMM. Here is what the crash dump contains if it helps: Sunday, July 22, 2012 - 5:38:06 PM Fomm 0.13.21 OS version: Microsoft Windows NT 6.0.6002 Service Pack 2 System.ArgumentException: The property 'windowPositions' could not be created from it's default value. Error message: Could not load file or assembly '0 bytes loaded from System, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. at System.Configuration.SettingsPropertyValue.Deserialize() at System.Configuration.SettingsPropertyValue.get_PropertyValue() at System.Configuration.SettingsBase.GetPropertyValueByName(String propertyName) at System.Configuration.SettingsBase.get_Item(String propertyName) at System.Configuration.ApplicationSettingsBase.GetPropertyValue(String propertyName) at System.Configuration.ApplicationSettingsBase.get_Item(String propertyName) at Fomm.Properties.Settings.get_windowPositions() at Fomm.MainForm..ctor(String fomod) at Fomm.Program.Main(String[] args)
  2. I've noticed when installing some mods it gave a warning not to play Fallout 3 from the Program Files folder. I am a Vista user, and I play FO3 through steam, and I don't know how to install FO3 elsewhere without messing it up. Any help? Name fix: How do I install FO3 outside program files?
