Atretium

When I first enter the Ratway near the first two guys talking I crash. I tried getting close enough to hear the conversation, then ran back to the exit and waited. Once their dialogue finishes and they walk towards me, I crash. Anyone with suggests on what is causing it? Here's my mods: https://modwat.ch/u/Daiichi/plugins
