I had the same problem until I realized that the mod I was using "Unslaad" was a Japanese Mod that required a English Voice Addon along with subtitles -
If a good amount of the money went into supporting modders, servers and etc Then it'd be definitely something that'd be up my alley...if I wasn't broke
