Mods that happen to be lore-unfriendly or lore breaking don't bother me (I don't bother to use them anyway). However, it's understandable why some people have hatred towards such mods. They move away significantly from the game's intended design and perhaps make no sense in the Nirn world. Still, this is no excuse to attack the authors of the mods. The authors also have some part in this. Correct tags should be used so that such mods stay hidden from those who are interested in lore-friendliness. I also looked at the Child Safe Skyrim mod. I honestly think it's ridiculous, but I won't go into detail. However, if it was the author's decision to make his/her game like that, then so be it. EDIT: I also want to note that most people confuse lore-breaking and lore-unfriendly with one another. I can add medieval knight's armor to my game. Is it lore-unfriendly? Yes. Is it lore-breaking? No. It somehow fits into the game without standing out too much. I can also make Skyrim a tropical paradise. Now that would be lore-breaking, since Skyrim is meant to be a harsh, cold environment with winter all year round.
