I just reinstalled the game completely, no mods. The issue persists in a new game. The following reply overlaps the previous one. UPD: reinstalled all mods, tried the SkyUI trick to no success. Still have no idea what caused this, especially if it's hardware related.

100 hours into the game, a lot of stuff done. Haven't had any issues apart from a couple random CTDs. Today, after updating the game and SKSE to the latest versions, I found myself running a little bit faster when pressing alt. No globals were changed (by me at least), speedmult is set to 100. I also noticed that map and skill screen seem to be opening almost instantly (it usually happened smoothly, with a delay). NPC dialogues also overlap replies, before there was a pause between sentences, now the following one starts earlier and overlaps the previous one. The entire game seems to be running a bit faster, like 5-10%. The game is capped at 60 fps, I also tried deleting ini files in My Documents folder so the game would create new ones.
