thank the both of you for your patience. I figured it out and have successfully installed blender. I am truly very sorry for my lack of a response.

I am new to the forums so i am sorry if i am going about this the wrong way. So I am trying to make a legendary modification that is somewhat like the Dead-eye legendary effect but that lasts as long as you are aiming down the sights of the gun the effect is attached to. i am relatively new to modding in general so if someone is willing to help me it may take a lot of patience.

so...im using this guide (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/30/?tab=1&navtag=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Ffallout3%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D30%26preview%3D&pUp=1) to edit models in fallout 3 but i cant find that particular version of NIF scripts so i was wondering if any one could help?
