If your edits are in your own mod, rather than to the original mod then you should be able to find a delete the records you have accidentally changed in SSEEdit -

You can export facegen data on those, just need to uncheck the box for Is CharGen Face Preset, hit OK, then Ctrl+F4 to export, then go back in and re-check that box. Had the same issue with some changes on Tolfdir; he was gray faced until I exported the data properly. Perfect ! How much time I wasted looking for that. Cheers -
