Ok I think I've figured out how to replicate the issue: The game seems to crash anytime there is an update to the character sheet. I just got crash when I gained Karma. Other crashes have occurred when a quest is accepted/completed. Does that help?

Ok so I had the original FO:NV and loved it so last night I DLed the Ultimate edition and loaded up the DLC and now crash, crash, crash. I've turned off the autosave features with no luck. Im not getting CTD instead the game just freezes and stops. This happens everywhere. I have no 3rd party mods just the ones from steam. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that just made it worse. I'm a very sad panda atm as FO:NV was my goto for stress release. Sniping fiends from the hills is very therapeutic =(
