Removing Smoke/Wisp effect, usual 'cure' didn't work?

Any idea what's going on here? I'm searching for fixes, thought it was the wisp thing, but it doesn't seem to be the case. I think I picked it up after leaving the Skybound Watch Pass south exit, but alas that was a long, long time ago and I just can't stand this anymore. EDIT: Tried things like sexchange, which worked temporarily, but it literally re-appeared as I went back into first person. Tried a spell add for 04023f82 as recommended in reply 221, to no avail. EDIT 2: NEVERMIND, GOT IT TO WORK, THANK YOU SO MUCH. I was unzipping the files into the wrong thing like an idiot, even after reading instructions.
