nope did nothing, deleted all of the old character save files (was probably gonna do it anyways)

So my skyrim Se will open, but it will not load at all. When i go to change the load order the game crashes. I have literally uninstalled all of my mods one by one and the problem still continues i have no idea what to do. this problem happened when i updated the script extender. I am stuck with infinite loading screens with the logo. I need help. I have modded Fallout 4 with the script extender with zero (game breaking) issues so this does not make any sense to me, I have verified the integrity of the files. I have no idea what i should do next. Update; i have uninstalled script extender and reinstalled skyrim issue is still happening. I have no idea what is causing this.. all mods have been uninstalled I have no idea what to do.
