Hi I've just had the same problem. I messed up the skeleton.nif installing another mod. To fix it, if you have the omod version of DR6, just deactivate the mod and then reactivate it (the entire mod, not only the .esp). It will reinstall the skeleton and everything should be back to normal. I've lost and hour trying to fix it: Change, launch oblivion, close oblivion, change, open oblivion, close oblivion... xD Hope it helps ;)
