When I told you in the beginning I did not have one, only a cell internet connection that requires a full installation or archive install but I found it myself after asking 3 times and getting bull xxxx about other ways being illegal. Was interested in a mod or script that changes conditioning from a single number to multiple numbers to gauge items that have not been used vs others that have been. Example conditioning 0.5 this would reflect all of that item Vs Conditioning 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 etc This could reflect multiple items of the same thing. This could be a option when placing weapons in game. Not sure if this would be a playable mod. But could be added to one being made.

Yes I did learn something, that fo3 is a old game that no one plays with merged mods any more. From the overwhelming response to help here (including puppy's post). And the "hand holding" teaching theme was and is a power move. If that member was an amazing teacher then there would be no problem showing everyone else here. how doing it the "right way" for there perfect merged mods. But I guess puppy you just can't stop chewing on a post that was dead more then a week ago.

I know there are compatible patch's so you don't get crashs but don't think there is any mods out there that combine the 2 mods to work with there individualized parts as to the work bench.

Hello, I have played FO3 before with small number of mods. I every much like to start my own collection (Borg merge mods) to low the amount of numbered mods. That limit the crash's and glitches that comes with multiple mods. My FO3 is non goty Also a list of mods that help performance that are utd. Currently I have win7 2 thread cpu and 16gb ram with 2gb vram and plenty of hard drive space. It's an older system so be kind. At current the PC isn't connected to the internet so any help has to be here or email any dld of software has to be non-dld content. On the plus side my cell can dld any content and size isn't a issue. (Not asking for already merged mods, had that lecture already)! "And will not use discord at all" (Not dealing with it) Please only post if you want to help or have something positive to add. Any questions are welcome if on topic.

Waste of time and my data what a wonderful way to help. I knew it from the moment you said discord this would be a problem. But then again this forum is dead with no one else offering there help. Admin can close post.

Ok stop think. I have to sit in my car in 90plus heat to get on discord if you think we are going to chat for hours you can forget it. The info I asked about. if it was downloadable wasn't mods it was the info I seen on discord. each I guess room or posts you linked to that room. So slow your roll. I Already know you will not help that way. " Also" I found what you seam to forget "I can't dld at home". that's the mod org 2 has an archive version (thou broken) worked. And have messaged the uploader of the issue. Who ever made this forums suck cuz I asked for help and I still at this point haven't seen any just jump here can't do that or this. It's a real pain from my point of view.

Ok thats fair. But you both missed the point of it regardless(if i need it and can't what's the point). Is the information on discord downloadable this includes any videos because if there are not. I am just wasting time yours and mine.

How important is the mod org 2 in this process in anyway? Cuz if I can't install and or use it and I need it. what's the point? Also if it's a free software that's not illegal to make a offline copy. The only thing that would make it illegal is if you were to profit from it.

Yeah I wasn't able to stay for long. It's going to be a few days before I can get back on. As to the mod org 2 is there a way you can copy your install and zip it(would bypass me installing it) so I can dld it. so i can use it.

Ok I will try. I will be in discord for a few minutes in about 2 hours from now. As For any videos it would help if they were dld's so I can replay them at home. The problems I see with discord is that it will require more time then normal due to I can't implement anything til I get home and try. Plus I will require that we record all conversations for replay. If that is even possible and you have no objections to that. The main reason for the recording is that I have dyslexia. I tend to miss steps or place them out of order sometimes. Do you want my list of mods so you have a head start for the ones you don't already have. And thank you for being so patient with me.

Look you have been very nice. But very direct. I am no closer today as I was a week ago. As to the software I thank you but the mod org 2 will not install due it try's to dld stuff to which I can't. I would need a offline installer for that. Not sure why but how is it so different to tell me here vs discord. Plus if you are really willing to help why not just do a tutorial of your way and ask the admins to sticky the post as the go to way for all to see. As to this point in and you not answering how long it takes. I am just going to save us time and look for a different game. Not jumping through hoops for months.

Hold the train a second. How much time will it take? Cuz when I said I would come to discord was only for a few mins or min of an hour at a time. Maybe ever other week.
