Howdy, I am wondering if there is an easy way (ini edit) to put the enemy dot back in the compass. I am using a mod the resizes and recolors the map icons. It also moves the compass to the bottom of the screen and makes it smaller. The only thing I don't like and can't seem to get used to is that the enemy (red) dot is missing. I would like it back. If there a way to do this I would grateful for the help. Thank You for Your Time and Trouble.

Howdy All, As a matter of interest I finally found the problem. It is a Mod called More Forrests. The author had fixed a "bug" in the mod and uploaded an upgrade. By God if it didn't fix the problem. Also I wanted to Thank asdgora and MShoap13 for helping me try to figure this out. You folks rock. I really would not have gotten as far as I did, without your help. So Thank You again.

Well crap. Here is a new log file. I did put the SKSE problem to rest. I had not copied it over when I upgraded SKSE not to long ago.

I crashed. The thing that is different this time however is that I finally have that damn log file. Looked at it in NotePad++, couldn't make heads or tails out of it.

I am looking in myusername/documents/mygames/Skyrim. There is a folder there but it is empty. I did start a new game as I wasn't all that far in the last. The game however doesn't seem to know or care. Ya know after 2000+ hours of playing Skyrim, one would think this wouldn't bother me as much as it still does. Here is my Skyrim.ini Gonna go see if I can crash again. Yea.

Downloaded Notepad++. Edited the Syrim.ini to have only one instance of the Papyrus entry. Played the damn game, crashed. No Joy, no .log file anywhere. Gonna go eat breky. Maybe pull some more hair.

Well there was still no log file created. I have (Hopefully) attached my skyrim.ini (labeled as a .txt file) and my latest Boss List. <div><br></div><div>I just noticed a Skyrim_defeault.ini file in the main Skyrim folder. At the bottom it has these lines:</div><div><div>[Papyrus]</div><div>fPostLoadUpdateTimeMS=500.0</div><div>bEnableLogging=0</div><div>bEnableTrace=0</div><div>bLoadDebugInformation=0</div></div><div><br></div><div>Nothing to worry about right.??</div>

Ah, That reading thing again. You wouldn't be surprised how many times that gets me. LOL Added the lines to Skyrim.ini, Played - crashed. No file called logs anywhere.

I clicked your link for BOSS and I got to the page ok, but there is no file uploaded.??? weird Have added the lines to Skyrim.ini going to play.

Thank You. How??? Where would I find the BOSS log. The Papyrus is in the Skyrim folder somewhere.

Evert time I am approached by the Alikir to start the In my time of need Quest. The game CTD's. It ALWAYS happens directly after I am approached about them looking for a woman yada yada yada. This is not meant as a dig to anyone at all. I was reading some of the posts about the site being slow and such. I have to say we the users of the NEXUS Site are spoiled rotten. You should check out the Torchlight II fan site to see how not to run a site sheesh. Anyway I am sure the fine folks behind the scenes here will have everything up and cruising right along soon. So, I downloaded and installed a follower (my first one ever). She works just fine and all it's just she's nekked. I really would like to give some armor and a better sword. I have NO idea how to access her, if that's the correct word. Could someone help me with this, Please. Luck and Fortune to All.
