This would be extremely hard to implement and would break a majority of the quests. It would also completely remove the point of the College. TO me, it just doesn't seem do-able.

What if every time you became legendary, you got to keep the lowest perk throughout your next legendary, and on branches, you could choose which to keep.

So pretty much I want a mod that adds a button to the audio settings or a separate MCM menu that disables all music for the current game session only, then when you open the game again, the music is on. The reason I want this is because I listen to music when I play Skyrim sometimes and I want a way to temporarily disable music without having to remember to turn it on again. I would like to make this myself but I have no idea how. If any guidance can be provided or something like this already exists, help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

That is true, many people aren't aware that you can hit an ore vein with a pickaxe just like you are hitting an enemy. Or you could use Faster Mining.

Make sure to check if there are any torch scones in the houses. If there are, just throw in some torches. I know that a few of my custom houses do.

I'm pretty sure that SkyUI does this. It adds a small timer to most effects in the corner, though I'm not to sure about spells like that.

Ishara, your idea doesn't take into account the possibility that you can also receive a random gem when mining any ore vein. Other than that, I might be up for taking this idea later today.

Bozzz, I'm actually currently working on a mod like that and it should be available today. I don't want to give away to many details but it will essentially do that and more.

Try checking your view distance settings in the stock Skyrim launcher, make sure none of them are set extremely low.

Do you have any depth of field mods installed? It looks like some mods may be conflicting.

Have you tried starting Skyrim from the retail launcher and making sure that all of the esps are actually being loaded?

Are you running any other programs in the background? With your specs I would think this wouldn't be a problem at all, but it's a possibility.

Well if you're in the market for a new PC, you're gonna need a budget, and also, what do you want to run the game on? Ultra or just normal? With this info it will be a lot easier to help.
