This will be a lot of work, but I guess it's the only way.

Will it just be a matter of backing up my Fallout 3 GOTY folder and the saves and then paste them into my new PC? If not please instruct me how :)

Some .esp files are marked as .esm to avoid conflicts. I think the author marked it as an .esm for a reason and I don't think it needs to be changed (I may be completely wrong, since I am a total newbie at this modding thing). I will look into BOSS though, since it's something I have never used before and could prove useful. EDIT: BOSS changed some stuff around and it looks to be working. Great. Removing Fellout did wonders. Thanks for that advice, I would've never guessed it.

Oh okay. I think Dynamic Weather or Project Reality will be too performance heavy for me to use. I really dislike the green tint, but I guess I'll have to live with it. My equipment do meet the minimum requirements, but not the recommended. Also I do not see, where my .esp and .esm are mixed up. Please enlighten me.

Still it baffles me how it's only in interiors and not in the Wasteland. You would think there is more to load there, right? I might just have to suck it up and buy a new system. I'll try looking into the things you suggested, thanks for the help.

I run the game on low settings. Here you can see my specs along with the minimum requirements: http://i.imgur.com/d8FkJ.png I know I haven't got the best computer around, but this is really strange. Whenever I go inside something in this game, the FPS drops dramatically and my controls start getting delayed along with it. I have to rely on VATS to do anything and even then VATS is really laggy and delayed. It's perfectly fine out in the wasteland and it runs smoothly. I have installed a great deal of mods, but I have of course not taken any mods too demanding in terms of performance. I have tried updating my video card driver, but to no avail. If you know how I can fix this please respond! Thanks in advance.
