[NMM IS NOT WORKING ON MY SKYRIM]

I like download bathing beauties and see you sleep mod. But it seems that everytime I got to play skyrim it won't show up. My version is 1.6.89 which is exactly perfect for the mod itself. The mod description says that it would require 1.6.89 or greater, for 1.6 versions I need to save first and reload before seeing dialogues. But unfortunately I never saw the Luxury Suite itself. The mods that was successfully downloaded was only a texture pack for my character. Other mods that I downloaded recently, never showed up in the game. I tried running the NMM as administrator but still it never work. Can someone please tell me what to do!
