There is the Dual Wield 2 handed Weapons Greatswords Mauls Battleaxes by orgolove mod, but I was wondering if there was a mod so that a person could dual wield swords, axes, and maces. I haven't found one, but if someone knew where I could find it, or if they're working on one, I'd appreciate it if someone would let me know. Thanks!

I am trying to set up my toolset because I'd like to maybe try my hand at modding. But the issue (I think) is that I have the Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition purchased through Steam. I found the Tooset Wiki (http://social.bioware.com/wiki/datoolset/index.php/Main_Page) and followed the instructions for "Installation into a directory with a long path name" to the best of my abilities. It tells me that I'm supposed to find a folder in C:games/bioware/dragon age origins/tools etc, but I've never found my Dragon Age folder under "games". It's always been C: Program Files (x86)/Steam/SteamApps/common etc. When I try to run the Dragon Age Toolset from my start menu, it gives me the "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to your computer". I say yes, then it tells me that it is "Unable to connect to database", and it tells me to run the toolset configuration program. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, or where to look for what to fix/change. I apologize for being long-winded, and for posting this here. For some stupid reason, I still can't post anything on half the topics on the BSN website. If anyone could help me, that would be great.

I know that there used to be a mod that would make your tattoos appear more visible/darker, but I can't remember what it was called. I've been looking for it everywhere and I can't find it. Can someone send me/post a link to it? Or has this mod been removed, or maybe combined with another mod? Please help!

I've been up and down this bloody hallway a dozen times, but I only have one of the lights of arlathan. I can't figure out how to get the others, the one that I have is the one almost right at the far end of the tunnel. I even tried using one of my mods to see if I could just add the lanterns to my inventory, but no such luck. Is there something I'm doing wrong? If anyone could help, that would be awesome. Thanks. BTW I didn't know for sure whether or not to put this in this section, but this way nobody can tell me I spoiled something for someone.

I don't know if this is the right place to post for help, but I'm stuck. I'm trying to get past all the guards that are around without actually killing any of them. I tried using the spider and his control rod and he keeps on getting killed. (btw little spider guy rocks). I don't know what to do, because I don't want to have any bounty or anything. I don't know if any of this matters, but my sneak is at 59, I have up to the silent roll, and I'm a vampire.

I have a ton of mods... I'll see if I can put together a list of the most recently installed ones, because it was working before... but if not, I'll just put them all in a list. lol but do you know what actually causes the invisible objects? like is it an incompatibility thing?

There are a bunch of invisible objects in lots of random places... and there is one in the crypt in the blackmarsh in the fade that's preventing me from completing it. Is there a way to get rid of this? I'm figuring that it might be one of my mods, but I can't figure out which one it is. Please help!

Ok, when you (or Nesiara) are taken by Vaughan and his crew, there are 5 of you - you/Nesiara, Shianni, Valora, Nola (the one that gets killed) and one girl that we don't get a name for (I'm going to call her "the black girl"). As a fem elf, only you, Shianni and Valora return (depending on how you go). As a male elf, Shianni, Valora and Nesiara return. What happened to the black girl??? Especially when Valendrian says "Can you other ladies take Shianni home" as a fem elf, there's only one other girl. I don't know what happened to the other girl, but if someone could make a mod to put her in when you come back to the alianage and when they take Shianni to Cyrion's house? I know that this is just a minor thing, but I noticed it the very first time I played as a city elf and it's bugged me ever since. Thanks for reading!

I decided to be a blood mage in DAO because I've never been one before. but it seems like every time I turn around I have to click on my blood magic mode again... every time I talk to someone, every time I go to a new floor.... (right now I'm in the circle tower) and I was wondering if someone could help me figure out what's going on.

Ok, I know that there's a mod that lets you knock out Alistair so that a fem warden can take the final blow herself. I just can't remember what it's called... I can't find it now, when I want it (of course) but I found it the other day and forgot to click on it because I was looking for something else. Could someone please tell me what the mod is called and/or post a link to it? That would be awesome!

I just finished as a city elf by doing Morri's ritual, and I made Shianni the bann of the alienage. I feel horrible cause I got Shianni killed. it says that "...a few years later Shianni was killed by a human bigot..." I can't believe that by doing a good thing for your family they killed her off. butat least Soris is happy... "Soris eventually married a human woman... blah blah moved to highever with their kids" something like that. I think I might just reload my last save and not make Shianni the bann. Anybody else have this happen to them? and if it makes a difference what choices I made in the prologue-thing, I killed Vaughan (I think that's spelled right) and took all the blame for what happened. but I'm still pissed about Shianni.

I googled this "cookedpc" thing, and I looked for it in the \program files\steam\steamapps\common\ and it wasn't there. I didn't get it through steam. what do I do now? and I'm sorry if this is in the wrong spot...

The problem I'm having is when the Lethe sends you into the fade to relive her memories, no matter which mage I side with in the lab the game shuts off right after the battle.

it works on mine, no matter what race I play, as a rogue. I've got a pattern for ; I've done it so many times now I could do it in my sleep. lol 1 - run to Dane's Refuge, get Leliana & Blackstone Irregulars quest started (he stands over by where Leliana came from during the cutscene). 2 - talk to Sten 3 - run to Chantry, talk to Ser Donall (dead templar), get the chantry key (Ser Briant), talk to Patter Gritch (Blackstone Irregulars, if anybody doeasn't know where he is he's right beside the room where the Revered Mother is), and run to the other side with Leliana (across the hall from the RM), behind those bookshelves there's a chest with a gift for Leliana. 4 - talk to RM (if I didn't unlock Sten's cage) and btw, donating 5 sovereigns to the chantry is easy approval for Leliana.

when you are starting the birthright quest, ask your mom about the family under "investigate"

I like Sten. Listen to some of the conversations he has with your mages... lol But no, he's not sexist. it's just his views of right and wrong. our view of wrong is different than his.

I like your ideas... but the Chantry might murder you for being a mage and a Teyrn. lol

@ Stardusk They did. in DA2 Legacy they tell you the truth. I'd tell you, but this is a DAO spoiler thread. But I don't like the chantry. all their religious claptrap. they kicked the dalish out of their homeland, and then when you go to talk to the lady in lothering, she's all like, "will you be making a donation...?" and my dalish elf is like, "excuse me?" and then she gets mad at me. oh well. lol

I always thought that irving and leorah were the only ones you could go to... I'll have to play again and see!

I read on the wiki that if you spare loghain, he lives through the archdemon thing, and you marry anora, he shows up and gives you a hard time about producing an heir. but I think that's about it for loghain.

I'd like to see something like maybe just flirting, or a kiss, or something along those lines with Duncan. I think he's just gorgeous! I know flirting might be difficult because of the voice acting, but maybe something like the Cullen kiss scene? that would be great, if there's someone out there who would be willing to give it a shot. Some origins might have a difficult time with planning it and such, (location, privacy, what have you) but maybe the mage or noble origins?
