Yeah, i have the same issue. Can not download mods with new updated Nexus Mod Manager version 0.70. Now i found out how to fix this issue. On NMM settings , go to download option, and click on 'fix it' button under download fix/tweaks, when you click it, it will take you to your account on Nexus, there you will authorize your account for NMM.
