  1. I wanted to add a hot plate to Arlekin's Novac Motel room, but when I open the interior in GECK it just shows the regular, unmodded room. GECK recognizes that the interior is modded when I load the .esp as the active file, but it won't actually display the modded room. Does anyone know how to fix it? Never mind, the modded interior was separate from the original room. I'm blind.
  2. I gave this a shot on my own but I didn't have any luck, so if anyone has any ideas I would be most grateful. I've been working with the FriendoftheNightQuestScript found in the Realistic Wasteland Lighting plugin which looks a bit different from the vanilla version: scn FriendOfTheNightQuestScript short bFOTNNightInEffect ; toggle for when FOTN is in effect. 1 = yes. short bFOTNInteriorInEffect ; toggle for when FOTN is in effect. 1 = yes. 3. Wishful thinking. Hitler was meant to instantly overrun Russia. Epic fail. And Hitler had access to modern technologies, allowing him to utilise modern tactics, and didn't have to cross steep and narrow mountain passes to enter the USSR. True, true, but it has been mused by both Bethsda and also most gamers that the AD would have the capability to wipe out the Empire (Pre White Gold), whats to say that they would no be able to equally wipe out Skyrim, I would suggest even perhaps it may even be easier for the AD to take Skyrim... I'm hoping that the Dragonborn plays into the politics of Tamriel in the lore that follows Skyrim. As in, no matter which faction the Dragonborn supports in Skyrim, he/she unifies Skyrim and, backed by the Dragons and at least drives the Thalmor out of Skyrim. Wishful thinking, but still.
  4. A few days ago, I started to write about my adventures in Skyrim. As of yet, I have only written a prologue about the Dragon War, but there is more coming. Below is a sneak peek of the not-yet aired first chapter. ------------------------------------ The dark-haired man’s broad, muscular shoulders strained under the weight of the thick log and only through great strength did he manage to roll it into the path of the sawblade. The hard work set his muscles on fire and made the sweat run down his face, into his short, dark beard, but he did not mind. In fact, he enjoyed it – an honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay. Still, he did not intend to remain in Riverwood. He was a man with questions and he needed answers. Who was he? Where did he come from? ------------------------------------ The full chapter, when done, will be uploaded to my blog, The Skyrim Chronicles. And hey, the prologue is already out, so read it!
  5. I don't know how much work this would take, or if it would work at all, but I was thinking if it would be possible to have you start the game at level five or six, so that you already have the Witcher-tree filled when you begin, as it makes no sense at all for Geralt not to know the stuff that is in there. Thanks
