(The bug definitely comes from this mod) Any lanterns or torches give this weird annoying shadow *gif wont work now* they expand and and then go back to their "normal" size, continuing to do the same thing over and over. is there anyone who knows how to sort this out?

After reinstalling Project ENB I have this exact error message: The procedure entry point D3D11 CreateDevice could not be located in the dynamic link library C:/Program Files/NVIDIA Corporation/Ansel/NvCamera32.dll I also had the typical d3d11/d310 stuff but I sorted that out, but this one... I can't find help anywhere. My game will launch and I can load a save, but it's unplayable because of the fps. Anyone here have a clue on what to do? Much appreciated in advance.
