EDIT: Found the mod. If a moderator could close this topic that would be great
-
Well, that's stupid.
Does this remove your posts in that mod as well? Because if you're reporting a glitch then it's extremely shitty for authors to censor it.
Still, I guess you can just create alt accounts as needed.
I have a couple of mods, nothing huge, but I'd never inflate my ego to the point where I decide to start blocking people just because they ask a question, even if it's in the FAQ. What do they learn if you block them, other than the fact that you're a bit of an ass?

I don't see how mentioning "these guys have mods too" constitutes Nexusmods making money off of this (except through traffic which he has no control over.)
Citation from bossman requested.
Unless he personally responds to these accusations, I'm going to ask for my account to be banned. I don't have local copies of my mods. They'll be dead forever. -

I think I'm done with modding at all and the Nexus until payed for mods are not a thing.
I already bought lifetime here, so I guess the Nexus got it's worth outta me, but if Fallout 4 releases I'll do a vanilla playthrough and that's it if payed for mods are still around.
I guess this is goodbye then unless things change. Hope you have a wonderful time.

I've pulled all my mods from the Nexus. Sorry if you enjoyed them, but I can't take other people potentially stealing my mods for money.

Besides NVB I & II of course, do you recommend playing Inheritance and/or Russell before NVB III?
Gracias.
It's worth playing all of someguys mods before the next one comes out, as he'll likely throw in references to things from every single one if you did something in them, including King of the Ring (probably)
Recommended order is NVBI - Russell - Inheritance - NVBII
-
1) Does GetQuestCompleted count if the quest was failed
2) When there are a list of conditions with ANDs and ORs, does the GECK interpret them in order?
For instance, if I had four conditions in the order AND C1 AND C2 OR C3 AND C4, would it work like (C1 AND C2) OR (C3 AND C4)

Jesus christ, I just tried Blender, but I have no bloody idea what the hell I'm doing in there.
I'll leave it to better people than me. It just seems obtuse like photoshop
-
I used blender.
Well since I don't have to add it via Geck, here's the model file itself:

Much appreciated, thank you

Okey dokey. Any stats you want to add/change to the armor while I'm at it?
No, I'll handle that my end.
I was bored right now though, so i was just messing about with nifskope (tried to use it before, but got nowhere, but I'm having more success tonight) and I managed to remove the enclave logo myself, but the large pauldron piece I wanted removed seems to be attached to the main body and trying to remove it removes the whole body. How did you manage to remove it?
EDIT: Hmm, upon further investigation it appears something like Blender or 3DSMax is required.
Ah, I'll give them a go another day

I want to target a specific limb to increase the durability of ala Adamantium Skeleton, but focused on one limb to create a pseudo-DR effect. Is there anyway I could do this through script or with a perk? I can't seem to find a function that would facilitate this
-
Yes, exactly that, but the Enclave logo appears to be floating to the right hand side
Actually what you want is already available publicly:
It's not quite the same, it's a bit more like a mix between recon armour and enclave armour
The only "recon" part I can see is the helmet which you don't have to use.
Yes the Enclave logo is floating because I didn't know if you wanted it to still be an "Enclave" armor or a factionless armor.
If you look around the groin and middle area, there are parts that on the Vanilla armour are thick plating but in that mod resemble the more woolen cloth you can see in Recon Armour.
In any event, I'd like the Enclave logo removed if possible

I was wondering if someone could remove the top part of the Remnants Armour, as shown in the picture below, as I'm helpless with editing models

If you could do the same with Gannon Family Tesla Armour that'd be great too

So, I just finished NVB1 & 2 not so long ago. Imagine my excitement when I learnt a 3rd one is on it's way. Looking forward to mowing down some more bad guys with Russel.
Unless Someguy2000 changes his mind, Russell will not be going with you, unless you want him to die.
Hmm, then I may cheat a little if it means not breaking the promise I made to Russel.
Playing through Russell many times, I recall no player dialogue options where any promises are made to him. Anyway, whatever floats your boat.
Russell does ask that if you ever go after Glanton, he wants to be there. I guess if you roleplay that your character made a promise to Russell to do so.
However, I have no idea if we'll be seeing Glanton again but I feel like it's a fairly safe bet
-
I want to write a script that upon equiping something, the DR of a specific part of the body is increased.
I looked at how Adamantium Skeleton and Small Frame work, but both adjust total limb damage rather than that of a specific limb. Is it possible to do this?

I'm almost worried about playing NVBIII
While I can appreciate a dark story, I have an innate dislike for kick-the-dog style stories, dark and grim for the sake of being dark and grim. Having Marko being a psychopathic killer makes sense, and exploring that is cool, but forcing the Courier to murder everyone he ever cared about or something like that just feels like it would be a kick in the teeth and nothing more.
Too cheap a story, if you get my meaning.
I mean, having to let Glanton go and witness the aftermath was bad, but felt justified, as you had to save Silverwood (if you're karmically aligned like that), and it was easy to understand the towns point of view towards Glanton and why you can't just shoot him in the head and be done with it.
I hope you can carry this forward to NVBIII and not just turn it into grim dark for the sake of it.

Given how people go about naming things using search is a shot in the dark, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any weapon wall resources, similar to the ones in the Fallout 3 Underground Hideout (I assume other mods have them, but that's the only one I've used). I wanted to mod one into another home mod for Fallout New Vegas
Buildable Nuke Display Stands
in Mod Ideas
Posted
In the Nuka World park, you can find Nuka Display stands (I found two in Dry Rock Gultch).
If you put Nuka Cola bottles in them, they will display the bottles.
I'm requesting that someone make these buildable in the workshop menu.
Many thanks.
