i want to create a new hero and when i have choose the gender the race the classe i cant choose the background? is onely greywarden how to fix that

now i have it but i finish origine and ser gilmore is at 100 approval but stay neutre and no romance option appere and no conversation i dont know why i start 5 time and its the same thing the romance dont start

i have the same probleme and i dont find a way to romance him with my noble woman its not work i finish all quest and i alaways have him with me but no romance he alaways neutral with 100 approuval wath i done wrong?????
