Is there a way in MO to get a current Load Order snapshot or list? I installed Seasons of Skyrim ENB, might not keep it though, I am also trying to see if HiAlgo CHILL will help my computer. Does anyone see more options to improve stability in the game? EDIT: Tried CHILL, lowered Framerate to 25-35. trying without it. Also installed Grass on Steroids, might uninstall that too. uninstalled CHILL, fps back to normal. Trying Boost next. Boost caused MASSIVE freezes where I'd go down to 1FPS. uninstalled. Leaving as is but might remove Seasons of Skyrim in replace of Ultimate Lighting Overhaul. EDIT2: installed ULO Ultra, hit 230FPS highest, think I changed wrong setting in enblocal so I will check that, uninstalled because it makes my computer sound like a jet engine(not really but louder than I want), trying high then lite version. EDIT3: Tried high releative steady 60fps but it did drop to low 50's a few places inside and in Jorvaskr it dropped to 30FPS while speaking with Aela giving her, her shield. switching to lite. -

Well this list is "almost" Identical to Gopher's Lets play list and he doesn't get CTD's, but I am going through right now to remove a few. The CTD didnt happen again. I'll post again if I CTD again and where. Uninstalled mods atm: DSR FNIS XP32 Skele. Fight Thalmor 1-4 New Mods installed atm: Trade Routes Face to Face Conversations Rens HD Shrines EDIT: I did the Vurt Test again this time, made it roughly 7-10minutes then closed the game, not crash. -

I'd take a look at Pure Weather and Realistic Water Two anyway imo, at least read and compare the two. Pick up the software I mentioned, it is all TES related(and even Fallout related) IT helps, there are videos by Gopher to help you use them.(Not Bash Patch though). -

glad to hear the great boost in performance. Removing some of the other mods will help performance as well. Do you have LOOT TES5EDIT and Wyre Bash? They help keep the mods clean organized and working properly. In my opinion, install a few core mods and install one at a time of ones you really want. See where the performance stays at the sweet spot and where it dips down. -

After doing MOST of what your siggy had to offer I did the Vurt test and made it about 3minutes. Froze close to riften and got a runtime error. -

Not sure on how to fix that problem directly. But indirectly, uninstall SoS and install Audio Overhaul for Skyrim (AOS). -
Anyone?

Sorry, for the Apocalypse-The Spell Package.esp and Apocalypse - SkyRe Compatibility Patch.esp I simply forgot to cut out. (Edited first post) Like you said, you can start removing them a few at a time, test it, with current save and a NEW GAME. a lot of the times when you go uninstalling a lot of mods you break the game save. Which means you'd have to start anew. What makes CoT and WATER great is they've been around awhile and bugs are ironed out. BUT Pure Weather is basically a replacer to COT with no performance loss. As is Realistic Water Two for WATER. The more scripts the worse the game will run, more mods CAN equal more scripts. So although it is nice to have all the mods you want, you'll have to pick and choose your mods carefully. I don't know your GPU's overall standing in performance but based off 1GB of VRAM, you won't want to many texture mods or that many mods overall. I suggest ENBoost for this problem to help, You won't be able to use some third party software such as DxTory with ENBoost. I find 1920x1080 60FPS acceptable and I constantly get my game broken because of too many mods. Haha with that said I am currently reinstalling my mods, Core value first then nice to have mods. In terms of what mods I use: I use mods to make skyrim work better, look nicer and play different. IE: Immersive mods and overhauls. You'll never see my Load Order without Frostfall, SkyRe, iHud, iNeed or Cabal's AmidianBorn. PS: Welcome to the Nexus. -

by chance could you send me the data for your overclocked i7? I have the same one but it is stock 3.4. Remove the following mods: (For various reasons of bad mods for your performance or broken mods etc.) I didnt include ESM's in this because you can't remove them, but if a mod below is also a ESM it will remove once the mod is unistalled. Locational Damage.esp-Scripts break after a while and slows game down.(npc's will die a few seconds later then they should by, ie headshots.) Rainbows.esp-Not that impactive in the game and waste of space. ClimatesofTamriel-Dawnguardpatch.esp-Can replace with Pure Weather, its less performance demanding. ClimatesofTamriel-sound.esp-Replace with Audio Overhaul Skyrim, it is also less performance demanding. AmazingFollowerTweaks.esp-"could" try EFF, it is overall better imo.(PREFERENCE) COTWEatherpatch_DB.esp-no to CoT(Performance) ClimatesofTamriel_dungeons-hazardous.esp-no to CoT(Performance) mintylightningmod.esp- lighting mod? use ELFX or Realistic Lighting. better_torches_brighter_torchlight.esp-Try double torch radius. MintyLightningMOd-COT_Patch.esp-no to CoT(Performance) Supreme Storms-CoT version.esp-no to CoT(Performance) Cot-weatherpatch_supstorms.esp-no to CoT(Performance) No Skill Limit.esp-Skyre and Community uncapper do this already. WATER DG.esp-Try Realistic Water Two(PREFERENCE) SFO-Dragonborn.esp- Audio Overhaul Skyrim. ShootingStars.esp- Same as Rainbows, not to impactive and uses more vram. WATER DB Waves.esp-Try Realistic Water Two(PREFERENCE) Skyrim FLora Overhaul.esp-CAN be performance huge. Look at Grass on Steroids for help with this/ or remove. WATER plants.esp-Try Realistic Water Two(PREFERENCE) Supreme FogCOT.esp-Can replace with Pure Weather, its less performance demanding. WATER.esp-Try Realistic Water Two(PREFERENCE) WATER Falskaar.esp-Try Realistic Water Two(PREFERENCE) dr_bandolierDG.esp- Frostfall gives nice backpacks for storage(PREFERENCE) Dr_Bandolier.esp- Frostfall gives nice backpacks for storage(PREFERENCE) Dodge_mod.esp- Try TK Dodge(PREFERENCE) No Idea what these mods are: ACE BYOG.esp Deus Mons_WithNPS.esp Dual Wield Parrying_randomattacks_Dawnguard.esp Further Dark Dungeon for ENB.esp Armored Skeleton.esp Immersive Dragonborn.esp The Asteria-Dwemer Airship.esp -

Anyone able to help? -
Try Dual Sheath Redux or Immersive Animations, I THINK those might do what you're asking.
-
I have three questions, not so much tech related but here they are. 1.Combining Scripts. Is there a way (CK or something) to combine a bunch of esps together; ie: Frostfall, iNeed, ELFX, SkyRe. I was told the more esp's you have the less stable Skyrim will be, so if I combine mods into the same esp for things like "Realistic Immersion" or something would that help? If so how? 2. Scripts. It is common knowledge that to many scripts is a bad thing, using a save cleaner helps but is there any other techniques to help people with a lot of scripts? 3. Determining what causes CTD(for troubleshooting). I do in fact get quite a few random CTD's and I'd like to know some techniques on how to figure out what did it; it can range from on-death to hitting a bandit or even running in the open. Now I am not asking to solve it for me(that's the other sub thread for) but what techniques can I use to do this on my own. In any situation, not the "I just installed mod X and problem Y happened" types of problems.

Animations for 1st person play?
Deleted5094879User replied to Deleted5094879User's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
Sorry that it is confusing, I am asking, if I am a player who uses first person playstyle(I don't play in third person). Should I bother with these animation mods, and the others that I've listed. I'd be fine keeping them in the LO IF they affect NPC's so I can at least still see it; but as of right now in my game it doesn't affect npcs. I'm not 100% against using that mod you linked but last time I checked it was buggy. -
Umm from what I remember, you need to put the file in a folder named Data and zip it, that should work. but I could also be completely wrong. my advice is manually download a mod and see how it is layered.
