I am having the same glitch now. Never had this one happen before. I got past the Codsworth stick by SetStage advancement of one quest step when you are supposed to search Sanctuary. But even after that When Freedom Calls glitches out just when I get the mimigun. and it does not look like I can advance it to make the raiders spawn. I really want to put Gristle and the deathclaw down..... From what I have read, "the resurrect a raider" only works if Gristle and company have shown up and the quest does not advance. I am willing to put more credence into scripts screwing it up and sadly I think that means I need to delete a bunch of my Creation Club content. I gladly got rid of the Sentinel Power Armor as that one was messed up anyway, but other like the Picket Fences addons are pretty good. If I find one that does seem to wreck it, I will drop another post.
