I would suggest getting BOSS and FNVedit. BOSS to help sort your load order and FNVedit to figure out which mod is causing the crash.

Hi guys. I'm having a couple issues with the NVEC mod, specifically with glacier glasses and Caesars new regime. When I take off my pair of glasses added by the glacier glasses mod, my characters perception drops to 1 and reequipping the pair doesn't raise my perception again nor does taking mentats or equipping armor that raises perception. With the Caesars new regime mod sometimes I find legion npc's wearing the vanilla armor when they should be wearing the armor added by CNR. I'm having the same issue with NCR rearmed where some NCR npc's aren't wearing any armor at all. My load order:

Does anyone else encounter a bug with project reality where the cloud in the dead money dlc is replaced by project reality weather?

Remove the extra include.
Installation order should be Darn, PN, MCM, other mods, uHUD. uHUD should fix the issue for you.
The disappearing Rebalance menu is an issue with PN EO and there is a fix available on Nexus for it.
Should I delete the include line from the vanilla MCM or Darn MCM xml file and where is the PN EO fix? Edit: never mind, I found the fix and deleted the line from the vanilla file.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

When I enter the pause menu I get a pop up saying MCM has detected multiple menu entries. This happened after I reinstalled it and project Nevada, where I previously had an issue with the rebalance menu in MCM disappearing. The F.A.Q says I need to delete any redundant <include src="MCM\MCM.xml"/> files but I only found one in the vanilla MCM and one DARN MCM xml files. Do I need to delete the one in the vanilla MCM xml file or is there something else I need to do? Edit: The PN rebalance menu is gone but I no longer get the multiple menu entries error.

For some reason, whenever I launch the game now game companion doesn't activate fake full screen and It worked perfectly fine yesterday. The only thing that I changed is that I downloaded the area 51 mod by Zantetzou. And when I quit the game from the main menu I get a black screen and a message pops up saying "Fallout: new vegas has stopped working". When I deactivated the area 51 mod I no longer get the message but fake full screen mode still doesn't activate. Edit: Fixed. Just had to reinstall game companion.

After trying to get the 4gb loader to work with NVSE I can't seem to launch the game through any loader. It crashes to desktop almost immediately after I launch the game.

I've also downloaded the zan auto purge crash protector. Game still crashed after 30 minutes.

Apparently no. I can't change the graphics adapter in the game launch menu or the FOMM graphics settings menu. But when I left click the FNV 4gb launcher, the NVIDIA card is the default graphics processor.

Now, how do I use it for FNV? Because I haven't been able to find anything on HOW I use dxdiag for games.

I can't run debugdiag because it isn't compatible with windows 8. How do I launch the dxdiag program?

Hmm, the problem is that you're trying to change some records that are just references to another records. And you end up altering the base object, which messes up all the references to it...I think. I'm not sure about this, but I have two solutions for you. I discovered a great utility for merging plugins. You can download it here. Either use that or just don't touch these values.
If you decide not to alter these values, make the merging, and then check the formid of the same riot gear helmet to see if it has been automatically changed.
P.S: I told you yesterday that I would merge the "More Perks" plugins. Keep in mind that if you have used any of the perks on your character, merging these plugins together would probably mess up your stats.
I think I'll skip trying to merge the advanced recon plugins. Is there a way that I can figure out what causes my game to crash; A program that I can download to see what kind of error caused my game to CTD?

I'm merging the advanced recon esp files but I'm having another problem with changing the form ID's. Never mind. I just have to change the last 3 digits in the ID, following the order of the previous ones.

Oh yes I didn't realised that the id is the same on those two mods. I guess it's ok to change it, because the gun runners just overrides vanilla's value.
But the same ID also appears in the WMR honest hearts esp.

When you load a number of mods in FNVEdit, you will see a number left of each one. Numbers like [00], [01], [02] etc. This is the load order of each mod and it's in hexadecimal code.
Suppose the WMR_Vanilla_S.esp has a number of [00]. Then WMR_DeadMoney_S.esp should have [01] (as it's the next mod in the order). So the thing that you have to do is change every record in the WMR_DeadMoney_S.esp that starts with 01, to 00.
So in your case, I guess that the WMR_GunRunnersArsenal_S.esp has a [4B] number left of it, that means that WMR_Vanilla_S.esp has a [49]. You must change the record 4B000ADD in WMR_GunRunnersArsenal_S.esp, to 49000ADD. Hope that helps!
I know, but since that ID already exists, I'm worried that it'll cause a problem with the mod.

I would try to merge all the WMR esps. But only the esps. Don't tinker with the esm at all. Then I would merge the "More Perks" esps and maybe the "Advanced Recon" esps. Note that you have to know a thing or two about FNVEdit to do that. If you need any help just tell me and I will help you when I can. Reading the FNVEdit manual should help too.
Alright, I'm trying to merge the WMR DLC esp files into the WMR vanilla esp file. I added the WMR vanilla file as a master to the WMR DLC files and now I need to change the form ID's but am confused on what I need to change it to. For instance, the form ID of the first recipe in the WMR vaniila file is 49000ADD, and the form ID of the first recipe in the WMR gun runner's arsenal file is 4B000ADD

Now you can try disabling one or more mods to see if you get the game more stable. An alternative but time consuming method would be to merge some of the esps together into one single esp using FNVEdit.
I think I'll try and merge some of my mods. Which ones would you suggest I merge to increase game stability?
