So, I don't have any technical problems with the quest or anything. But the Synod fellow Paratus was raving about how he knew the College had something intensely powerful, and was quite snooty, so I more or less wasted him. Are there consequences to this? Is he plot important to any future quests? Or was his purpose fulfilled with this quest?

Is there a command that might increase the rate your magicka regenerates?
